This Privacy Policy describes how Global Hyve, LLC ("GlobalHyve", "One Flower Project", "we" or other first person pronouns) treat the information we collect from users of our website ww.oneflowerproject.com ("Site"), any OneFlowerProject mobile app(s) ("Apps") and our related services. We will call the Site, Apps and related services collectively, the "Services." By visiting our Site or using our Services in any other way, you expressly consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with anything in this Privacy Policy, you may not use our Services.

1) Types of Information We Collect

Information Collected on our Site
We may collect information about you when you use the Services. You may be asked to register or to provide contact information including name and email address, in addition to other information we request from time to time, such as to update our data, communicate with you, and make other opportunities available. You may also choose to provide other information through the Services.

If you provide us with an email address, we may use such email address for administrative communications such as marketing, notifying you of major Services updates, customer service, copyright infringement or defamation issues, or to contact you regarding any content that you have posted to or downloaded from the Services. If you do not want to receive promotional emails, please follow the unsubscribe instructions within the email. Our server may automatically collect information such as your IP addresses, pages you access, browser type and language, and the date and time of visits, which helps us track use of the Services and understand trends.

Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may place one or more cookies on your computer if you use the Services. Our cookies may collect information to facilitate access to our website and to personalize your online experience, including advertising. We use a number of different cookies through Shopify, all the details for which can be found here. Most web browsers are set up to accept cookies. You may be able to set your browser to notify you before accepting certain cookies or to refuse certain cookies. However, if you disable the use of cookies, some features of the Services may be difficult to use or inoperable.

Interest-Based Advertising
We may work with third-party service providers that use cookies and similar technologies for interest-based advertising purposes (including to show you ads about our Services on unrelated websites).

Analytics
We work with third-party service providers, such as Google Analytics, that may collect information about your use of the Services (and other unrelated sites over time). These third-party service providers may use tools such as cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to provide their services. These technologies may be used to assist us in offering the Services, such as managing the content on the Site and understanding how our users interact with the Site. We do not control the third-party technologies employed on the Site for this purpose. Data collected via third-party technologies can be connected to other data that we have. Device Data
We may also collect data associated with your consumer device ("Device Data"). The Device Data we collect may (but does not necessarily) include the following:
a. Your name if you choose to provide this through the Services;
b. Precise geolocation data pertaining to your devices, which may be expressed by latitude-longitude coordinates obtained through GPS tools, WiFi data, cell tower triangulation or other techniques (collectively, "Device Geolocation Data") and linked to a device identifier, such as the IDFA for iOS devices or Android ID for Android devices;
c. Predicted or actual data about you such as age, gender, date of birth, street address; predicted or actual characteristics or interests; and any information that you provide on or through the Services;
d. Other information about your device, such as: device type (e.g., tablet, smartphone), operating system, IP address, network provider, mobile carrier, mobile browser type (e.g., Firefox, Chrome, Safari), other apps and SDKs installed on the device, timestamp, time zone, information about the speed, bearing, orientation, and altitude of a device, or other device-identifying information;
e. Information about the possible relationships among different devices; and/or
f. Data about your activities that help us determine how you interact with advertising or content, such as determining whether you ultimately purchased a third-party product or service.

2) How We Use the Information We Collect
We generally use the information we collect or receive for the following purposes:
To operate, maintain, enhance, and provide our Services and the services of our third-party partners.
To improve and market the Services, and to create new features and functionality.
To customize and personalize the content you see.
To send you promotional materials or special offers from us or on behalf of our business partners and/or their respective affiliates and other third parties.
As otherwise described to you at the point of collection or pursuant to your consent.
The above list is not exhaustive, but it is intended to provide illustrative examples of how we the information we collect and receive. Factual may retain Device Data for interest-based advertising, ad delivery, reporting purposes and other business purposes (such as technical developments) for as long as we consider reasonably necessary.
We may also combine Device Data with additional information we collect or receive from third-party sources.

3) Sharing Information
We may disclose information we collect or receive to third parties, including for the following reasons:
We may disclose this information if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulatory investigations, or to respond to a court order, judicial or other government subpoena, warrant, or law enforcement request.
We may disclose this information if we believe it will help to protect us or any other person or third-party, or to enforce any legal rights.
We may transfer or assign this information as part of that actual or potential merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control.
We may share this information with our affiliates and joint venture partners.
We may share this information with our service providers that help operate the Services.
We may share this information with your consent.
We may provide Device Data and information derived from Device Data to third parties. Some of these third parties may use Device Data, cookies or web beacons (pixels) in order to send targeted ads to users, engage with users, or otherwise locate users.
The Services are intended for users in the United States. Please note that any information entered into the Site or that is collected through the Services may be transferred into or out of the U.S. By providing information and/or using the Site or through our Services, you hereby expressly consent to such transfers of data to the United States or other countries.

4) Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to promote our products and services to you. Feel free to review Shopify's Privacy Policy and how they address customer privacy directly.

5) Payment
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

6) Advertising; Opt-Out of Many Third Party Ad Networks
We may use or transfer information that we collect to enable advertising that is more tailored to your inferred interests, preferences, and locations. This practice is known as interest-based advertising. We may also collect, use or transfer Device Data collected from one device for interest-based advertising on other devices that may be linked to the device where data was collected. This is known as cross-device linking.
We provide the ability for Consumers to opt-out of the collection and use of mobile app data across apps over time on a device, for interest-based advertising purposes, through the DAA's AppChoices tool. To opt-out of our collection, use, and transfer of such app usage data and of Device Geolocation Data, for interest-based advertising purposes, you cancan download AppChoices onto the relevant mobile device and exercise choice through the app. When such choice is exercised on a device, we will also stop using and transferring Device Data from that device for interest-based advertising on other linked devices, and will stop using Device Data from other linked devices for interest-based advertising on the device from which choice was exercised. Please note that if you use more than one mobile device you should renew their opt-out choices on each device. Users who opt-out from use of their Device Data as part of the Services may continue to receive interest-based advertising from other companies.
If you have downloaded any of our applications, but who no longer wish to provide information to u for interest-based advertising purposes, should opt-out through AppChoices as described above. We may use third parties to serve advertisements on the Services. These third parties may set their own cookies or similar technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites. The Network Advertising Initiative website http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ provides information regarding having this information used by such companies, including how to opt-out of third-party ad networks operated by NAI members. The Digital Advertising Alliance website http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ provides information about opting out of targeting advertising and your choices regarding having information used by DAA members. Opting out of one or more NAI members or DAA members means that those members no longer will deliver targeted content or ads to you, but it does not mean you will no longer receive any targeted content or ads on our Site. You may continue to receive advertisements, for example, based on the particular website that you are viewing, and your NAI or DAA opt-out may no longer be effective if your browsers are configured to reject cookies when you visit this opt-out page, or you subsequently erase your cookies.

7) Children Under 13
We do not knowingly collect, use, disclose or distribute information from or about children under 13. We also do not authorize individuals who are under the age of 13 to use our Services, nor do we direct our Services to those under 13 years of age. If we are made aware we have collected personal information from a child under 13 years old in a manner that is inconsistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, we will delete this information as soon as possible.

8) Third Parties
Our Services may be integrated with and/or contain links to third-party websites and content. We do not control these websites and/or content, and these third parties' privacy policies may be different from our own. You access linked websites or third-party content at your own risk.

9) Changes
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time, and will do so by posting an updated Privacy Policy.

10) Do Not Track

Some web browsers may transmit "do-not-track" signals to the websites with which the user communicates. Because of differences in how web browsers incorporate and activate this feature, it is not always clear whether users intend for these signals to be transmitted, or whether they even are aware of them. Because there currently is no industry standard concerning what, if anything, websites should do when they receive such signals, we currently do not take action in response to these signals.

11) California Residents
Under California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84, also known as the "Shine the Light Law," any of our users who are California residents are entitled to request and receive once a year, free of charge, a notice from us describing what categories of personal customer information we share with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. That notice will identify the categories of information shared, the third parties and affiliates with which it was shared, and their names and addresses. Currently, we do not share any personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident and would like a copy of the notice that the law requires, please submit a written request to the following email address contact@globalhyve.com. In your request, please specify that you want a "California Privacy Rights Notice." Please allow at least thirty days for a response.
